DELIVERY
We accept nationwide deliveries via regular courier. We also accept on-day deliveries from those within GMM. All delivery fees will be shoulder by the client.
TURNAROUND TIME
It takes 2 to 2.5 weeks to make the charms.
CHARM LIMIT
You can order at least 1 charm and send back your chain when you want to add more.
ORDER PROCESS
Check the type of necklaces and bracelets we have and the charm designs we can make. Send us a message on Instagram with your order and mention any special request you may have.
FLOWERS
We can provide the flowers to make your charm or you can send your own flowers to us.
Dangling Bracelets have a maximum of 15 charms (attached or unattached).
The Dangling Necklace, Mixed Bracelet & Necklace and Basket Bracelet & Necklace have a maximum of 10 charms (attached or unattached).
ARRANGEMENT
How the charms will be arranged will be shown for approval before attaching them to the chain. You can request to have them moved or removed in the future.
